All Yoffi Art is made upon order. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for completion of your order. (Three weeks for paper and canvas artwork. Five weeks for artwork made from other materials.)

Shipping

In the event that art is damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours. All claims must originate with you and be filed with the shipping or delivery service within 24 hours.

Returns

Because Yoffi Art is made upon order, all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please notify us upon receipt of your art. Claims must be made in writing within 5 business days. Art can onlybe returned for credit upon authorization by Yoffi Art. If the return is accepted, the credit will be placed “On Account” only.
